In meinem Beruf als Physiotherapeutin und Fitnesstrainerin habe ich mein Hobby zum Beruf gemacht. Deswegen habe ich im Februar 2018 auch noch eine zusätzliche Ausbildung zum Personal Trainer absolviert, um meiner Leidenschaft zum Sport noch mehr nachzugehen. Ich war schon immer sportbegeistert, deswegen war es für mich keine Frage später mal in einem Büro zu arbeiten, sondern aktiv und in Bewegung zu sein.
Ich arbeite sehr gerne mit Menschen zusammen, um ihnen bei gesundheitlichen Beschwerden zu helfen, aber auch um sie schnell wieder fit zu bekommen. Außerdem liebe ich es zum Sport zu motivieren und hierbei unterstützend zu helfen, die gesteckten Ziele zu erreichen. Sei es im Fitnessstudio als Trainerin beim Indoorcyling, auf der Trainingsfläche an den Geräten oder als mobile Personaltrainerin.
Gerne möchte ich mein Wissen und meine Erfahrungen rund um Sport, Gesundheit und Ernährung an meine Kunden und Patienten weitergeben, um Spaß und Freude an Sport und Bewegung zu vermitteln.
